The challenge
A growing team needed one place to hire, manage people, answer every enquiry and keep the website current, without spreading work across spreadsheets, WhatsApp and inboxes, and without anyone seeing more than their role needs or deleting important data by mistake.
What we did
- Built team chat for one to one and groups, with photos, files, voice messages, read ticks and Google Meet invites.
- Built hiring end to end: a candidate board, interview rounds and offer letters approved and signed online.
- Gave every person a profile, a level and one manager, plus ID cards, letters, policies and a clean hand-over when someone leaves.
- Added attendance with location, leave with approvals, and a To do list that builds itself.
- Made it an installable app with an app lock, live updates on every screen, and access by role, enforced on the server.
Team chat
Message one person or a whole team, on the phone and the web. Only active teammates are listed.
Share them in the chat. Photos clear after 24 hours and files after 3 days, to save space.
Ticks show when a message is sent and when it's been read.
Schedule a Google Meet with everyone in the chat invited by Gmail.
Hiring
- Candidates by stage
From resume review to hired, with interview rounds, ratings and feedback.
- A private tracker for candidates
Emailed from the HR mailbox, signed by whoever shared it, with their designation.
- Offers on the letterhead
Approved by the Owner or an Admin, then read and signed online.
- Final once hired
A hired candidate's record is locked; only the Owner can change it.
People and HR

Twelve departments, levels from the Head to L6, and who reports to whom.

Appraisal, confirmation and promotion letters, and print-ready ID cards.

Everyone ticks to acknowledge each policy; HR sees who hasn't yet.

Manager first, then HR confirms the last day, then access ends on its own.
