Privacy Policy

This website and our services are run by Yuvyora, whose parent company is Pitamber Ventures (“we”, “us”). We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share on this website. This policy explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who sees it and how you can control it, as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.

Who we are

Yuvyora is a brand of Pitamber Ventures, an enterprise registered in Odisha, India, with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India (Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-OD-30-0069526). Pitamber Ventures is the business responsible for this website, our services and the personal data described in this policy.

In short

• We collect only what you type into our forms, and only after you tick the consent box yourself.
• We use it to reply to you and follow up on what you asked for. Nothing else.
• We never sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers.
• We keep it only as long as the business needs it, as listed below, then delete it.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete it at any time.

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it

• Strategy call, demo and audit requests: name, company, work email, phone, the services or product you are interested in, budget range, website and anything you write. Why: to reply, prepare for the call or audit, and send a proposal. Kept: while we are in touch, and up to 5 years after our last contact, as business records.
• Company profile download: name, company, email, phone and industry. Why: to send you the profile and follow up about working together. Kept: up to 5 years after our last contact, as business records.
• Product waitlist: name, company, email and the product. Why: to tell you when it launches. Kept: until we have told you, and no longer than 3 years.
• Job applications: name, email, phone, the role, an optional resume you upload or link to, your LinkedIn and portfolio links, and any skills or experience details you review and send. A text-based PDF or DOCX may be read on your device to prefill the form; it is not sent to a separate parsing service. Why: to consider you for the role and, with your consent, for similar roles. Kept: an uploaded resume file for 6 months, then deleted automatically; the rest of the application 2 years after the role closes, so we can contact you about future roles. If you join us, it becomes part of your employee record.
• Support, complaints and privacy requests: name, email, phone, your project code and your message. Why: to look into it and reply. Kept: up to 5 years after it is resolved, as a record of what was agreed.
• How you found us: the first page you opened, the referring website and campaign tags (UTM). It is saved only together with a form you send. Why: to know which channels work. Kept: with that form, for the same time.
• Clients: if you become a client, agreement and billing records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.

We also keep a record of each consent (which version of this policy you agreed to, and when) and of who in our team accessed or changed data, for at least 1 year, as the DPDP Rules require.

Your consent

Every form has a consent box that is never ticked for you. It says what the details will be used for. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to the Grievance Officer below. We will then stop using your data for that purpose and delete it, except what we must or may keep by law, for example for accounts, tax, agreements or to establish or defend legal claims.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Inside Yuvyora, only the team members whose work needs it can see it (for example sales for enquiries, HR for job applications). Outside Yuvyora, it is handled only by the services that run this website for us, under their own security commitments:

• Google Firebase (Google Cloud): website hosting, the database where forms are stored, and team sign-in. Data may be stored on Google servers outside India, as the Act permits.
• EmailJS and Gmail: to send you emails you expect, such as replies, interview invitations and offers.
• WhatsApp: only if you choose to message us there.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar trackers. If we add analytics in future, we will ask first with a clear choice and update this policy.

Your browser keeps the page you arrived on and the campaign tags in its session storage until you close the tab, so they can be sent with a form if you choose to send one.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. Our forms ask you to confirm you are 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect data of anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us their details, write to the Grievance Officer and we will delete them.

How we keep it safe

• Every page and form is served over HTTPS (TLS/SSL), so what you send is encrypted on the way.
• Data is encrypted at rest on Google Cloud.
• Only signed-in, verified team members can open it, each limited to what their role needs. Visitors can send a form but can never read anything back. These access rules are tested automatically before every release.
• Changes in our Workspace are logged, and deleted records go to a trash only the Owner can empty.
• We never ask for card, bank or password details through this website.
• If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India without delay, as the DPDP Rules require, with what happened and what you can do.

When we delete it

When a period above ends, or when you ask, we delete your data from our database, except records we must or may keep by law (accounts, tax, agreements and legal claims), which we keep only for as long as needed. Removed records are permanently erased within 30 days. Before deleting at the end of a period, we may tell you, so you can stay in touch if you wish.

Your rights

• Know what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Have it corrected, completed or updated.
• Have it deleted, and withdraw your consent.
• Nominate someone to use these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance, and if you are not satisfied with our answer, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We answer requests and grievances as soon as we can, within the time the DPDP Rules set (currently 90 days).
