Terms of Use and Service

Last updated 29 October 2026

This website and our services are run by Yuvyora, whose parent company is Pitamber Ventures. By using it you agree to these terms. When you engage us, these terms form part of the agreement between you and Pitamber Ventures, together with your accepted proposal.

Who we are

Yuvyora is a brand of Pitamber Ventures, an enterprise registered in Odisha, India, with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India (Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-OD-30-0069526). Pitamber Ventures is the business responsible for this website, our services and these terms.

Use of this website

You may browse and share pages from this website for your own business purposes. You may not copy, resell or misuse its content, or try to interfere with how it works.

Showcases and concept work

Showcases are anonymised and described by industry only. Work labelled Concept was created by Yuvyora to demonstrate capability and was not done for a paying client.

No offer or pricing

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Scope, timelines, pricing and terms for any project are agreed in a written proposal after a strategy call.

Our services

We design, build and grow digital products for businesses. Our services are offered to businesses and organisations, not to consumers. Each project starts with a written proposal or plan that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment milestones. Once you accept it (in writing, by email or by paying the first invoice), that proposal and these terms together form our agreement. If they differ, the proposal wins.

Anything not listed in the proposal is outside the scope. Extra features, changes after approval, additional revision rounds or new requirements are quoted and billed separately.

Payments

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST and other taxes, which are added as the law requires.
  • Work starts once the advance shown in the proposal is received. Each later milestone is invoiced when it is reached, and invoices are due by the date shown on them.
  • If a payment is late, we may pause work, withhold deliverables and access, and charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate allowed by law, including under the MSMED Act, 2006. Timelines move by the length of any pause.
  • Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, app store accounts, paid tools, APIs, stock media and ad spend are paid by you, directly or reimbursed to us, unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • We never ask for card or bank details through this website.

Cancellations and refunds

  • The advance reserves our team's time for your project and is non-refundable once work has started.
  • Payments for milestones that have been started or delivered are non-refundable, because the work and the time behind it cannot be returned.
  • If you cancel or put the project on hold for more than 30 days, you pay for all work done up to that date, any costs we have committed to on your behalf, and the next unpaid milestone in progress.
  • Monthly plans and retainers run for the minimum term in your plan. After that they continue month to month and can be stopped with 30 days' written notice; fees for the notice period are payable.
  • Any refund is at our discretion, unless the law requires otherwise. Where a refund is agreed, it is paid to the account the payment came from.

Delivery and approval

Our work is delivered digitally: designs, code, websites, apps, reports and access to accounts. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or returns of goods. You review each deliverable within 7 days; if we hear nothing in that time, or the work is used live, it counts as approved. Delays in your feedback, content or access move the timeline by the same amount.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the content, logos, data and instructions you give us are yours to use and lawful, and you are responsible for them. You also confirm that you have the consent needed for any personal data of your clients that we handle for you; we process it only on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to cover any loss or claim against us that comes from the material or instructions you provide.

Intellectual property

The Yuvyora name, logo, text, designs and product names on this website belong to Pitamber Ventures unless stated otherwise.

  • What stays ours: our source code, frameworks, components, design systems, templates, tools, know-how and anything we made before or outside your project remain the property of Pitamber Ventures.
  • What you get: once all invoices are paid in full, you receive the rights set out in your plan. By default this is a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered product for your own business. Full ownership or a copy of the source code is transferred only when your plan includes it or you invest in it separately.
  • Until full payment, all rights in the work stay with us and we may withdraw access to it.
  • We may show the work in our portfolio, case studies and sales material, anonymised where you ask us to.

Confidentiality and our team

Both of us keep the other's confidential information private. During the project and for 12 months after it ends, you agree not to hire or engage, directly or indirectly, any member of our team who worked on your project without our written agreement.

Liability

  • We work with care and test what we build, but no software is free of faults. The website and our work are provided without guarantees beyond what the proposal states.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in the 3 months before the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, revenue, data or business, for issues caused by third-party services, or for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any disagreement by talking it through. If that does not work within 30 days, it will be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator agreed by both of us (or, failing agreement, appointed under the Act), in English, seated in Odisha, India, where Pitamber Ventures is registered. Subject to that, the courts in Odisha alone have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Work already agreed continues under the terms in force when the proposal was accepted.
