One system for a hospital pharmacy's counter and store room. Billing at the counter updates stock in real time, expiry dates are watched automatically, and supplier invoices are read by AI instead of being typed again by hand.
The challenge
Stock is counted by hand, expired medicines are found too late, and purchase orders are typed again from supplier invoices.
What we'd build
- Designed fast billing for the counter, with barcode support.
- Built expiry and low-stock alerts that reach the pharmacist each morning.
- Used document AI to read supplier invoices into stock, with a person checking exceptions.

Barcode scanning, batch selection and GST-ready bills in a few seconds per patient.
Expiry watch
Medicines expiring within 90 days are flagged every morning, so stock is used or returned in time.
Low-stock alerts
Reorder suggestions based on what actually sells, not guesswork.
Invoice reading
Supplier invoices are photographed and read into stock, with a pharmacist checking anything unclear.
