A dispatch dashboard for a regional transport operator. Every truck, trip and delay on one screen, trips assigned by drag and drop, and business clients able to book pickups and download trip reports themselves.
The challenge
Trips are assigned by phone from a notebook, so idle trucks and late deliveries are found only after the fact.
