A rider app for a city courier company, with live tracking for its clients. Riders see their route and update each stop with a photo or signature, and clients follow their parcel on a link instead of calling to ask where it is.
The challenge
Support staff spend the day answering 'where is my parcel?' calls, and proof of delivery is a photo on a rider's personal phone.
