The BaiDee's: an online shop, salon bookings and an office app for a salon chain
A shop website, salon booking and an office app for a family salon brand with salons across Odisha. Each order goes to the nearest salon with stock, and staff hear an alert the moment it arrives.

The challenge
The old website only showed information. Customers had to call to buy or book, and the team had no shared place to work across the salons.
What we did
- Found each customer's nearest salon with one tap on their location, and showed the delivery time for their area.
- Routed each order to the nearest salon that has every item, and passed it on if that salon doesn't confirm in time.
- Let customers choose delivery or pickup from any salon, and pay by cash, UPI or at the salon.
- Built salon booking with time slots set per salon, several services in one visit, and places that update live so nobody is double-booked.
- Built the office for owners, branch managers and delivery staff, each seeing only what their role allows.
- Built an Android app for staff, with the salon's own alert tone that rings even when the phone is locked.
- Sent customers a notification at each step of an order or visit, with a reminder the evening before.
