Is every role remote?
Most are. Each job post says whether a role is Remote, Hybrid or On-site, and for Hybrid and On-site roles, the city.
Do I need to be in India?
Our team is based in India, and our roles are open to people who live and can work here.
What hours will I work?
Hours are flexible. Your team agrees the times you'll overlap for calls and reviews; the rest of the day is yours to plan.
How long does hiring take?
We aim to reply to every application within one week. After a short phone screening, the interviews for the role, then an offer.
